There are many construction projects going on around Boden at the moment. One actor is Lindbäcks Fastigheter, which in record time has built new apartments for both private homes and furnished premium homes for entrepreneurs.
Close to the center of Boden, with a view of the shiny surface of Bodträsket and the autumn colors of Degerberget, Lindbäck’s first newly built apartments at Björknäsvallen are ready for occupancy.
“It’s a great feeling. We have a total of 92 apartments, 49 in the first building and 43 in the second”, explains Hans Lindbäck, CEO of Lindbäcks Fastigheter.
He describes the construction process in this project as record fast. Construction work started in March. The first house is now completed. The next property is expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of the year.
“The construction company has done a fantastic job and the municipality of Boden has been extremely helpful and solution-oriented. It is easy to come here and feel welcome”, says Hans Lindbäck.
Different segments
Given the increasing influx of people and the expressed need for different types of housing in the municipality of Boden, 25 of the apartments have initially been earmarked as furnished premium housing for entrepreneurs in cooperation with Guestly Homes.
“We see a growing demand for premium, full-service apartments for both short- and long-term stays,
especially among managers and key staff. This is why we are proud to offer

Hans Lindbäck hopes that the new housing solutions will contribute to more people choosing to stay in Boden in the long term.
“Hopefully, it can be an entry point for new residents who feel more at home here than in hotels. The idea is that these apartments can be transformed into ordinary apartments later”, says Hans Lindbäck.
